All of the staff here are absolutely amazing. Rays of sunshine and so happy! Danielle is so funny, friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to my visits here :) 5 star customer service with a huge range. Thank you!

All the staff were very lovely and helpful. The service was fantastic and the price was reasonable! Our glasses were also done quite quickly! Overall great experience!

Highly recommended!! My little one was cared for there with patience and kindness. They listened to us and checked what was happening with our son. It was difficult but the optometrist was great.

Craig the Optometrist talked me through everything.. Explaining everything in detail.. I always find the team very helpful and very courteous. Always greeted with a smile. I love my new glasses.. They arrived very quickly..

I was served by Leon at the Stockland Rockhampton store (4701), who was friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable and a delightful man. I chose to upgrade my glasses because of the clear explanation and demonstration that Leon presented to me. I will recommend your store to everyone, due to the thorough and friendly service given by Leon. Whatever staff rating there is, I would double it. Leon went above and beyond his services and was a pleasure to converse with.
